Refund and Exchange policy
At Artonick, we do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Each product page has a size guide that you can refer to along with product specifications.
If you have any problem regarding the product kindly mail us at support@artonick.com. We will try our best to assist you and arrange a refund or a return.
Important things to note:
- Refunds/Replacements will only be granted when there has been a damage in Transit or the goods are found to be not as per the description provided.
- Each piece is Made to Order, hence we cannot issue a refund/replacement once the order has been shipped from our end.
Returns/ Replacements ( only accepted under the following circumstances):
- Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
- Not As Described
- Product Lost in Transit
