I appreciated someone reached out to me beforehand to give me a preview of what my canvas would look like. I thought the preview hit the light differently so it wasn't as black and not as straight when stapled to the wood. The color was OFF and sadly not like the preview. Communication wise, I didn't get a tracker until after I reached out to a representative to get a more clear idea of where it was. It was pretty but too expensive for my whole experience.
